This is a case where the patient's end to end occlusion and crossbite on the right side was an issue contributing to the severe wear of the teeth. Decay was also present. Crowns were done on all the premolars and anterior teeth in order to lengthen teeth making them more visible. Correction of the end to end bite in this case was achieved in preparation and fabrication of the crowns. Future implants are planned for the lower very back teeth. This patient was fitted for an occlusal guard (night guard) to wear during sleep to help protect the crowns from future wear.
